For the well-being of all residents, tenants, and the environment in general, it is important that we all exercise sound and methodical practices when disposing of garbage and solid waste. Our building has a dumpster for the disposal of garbage, located next to the exit gate of our building. This container is not for disposal of furniture, appliances, or excessive amounts of garbage. For these, please make separate arrangements with contractors outside the Complex.
We recommend the implementation of individual recycling plans, in order to minimize the impact of this waste on the environment, and in turn, significantly reduce the volume of accumulated waste in the area selected for this purpose. Please make sure that your waste is deposited in bags or some other type of container, especially if it contains perishable waste.
The garbage container pickup is performed by PBP Waste Management Company with a frequency of one-two times per week.
