The homeowners of our condominium delegate on the Board of Directors (Board) the supervision of the operational issues and decision-making for our collective benefit. The Board consists of up of five (5) persons, all members of the Homeowners General Council (Council).

The Board constitutes the executive group of the Council. The Board maintains control of the financial issues of the Homeowners Association, hires contractors for maintenance of the facilities, formulates and enforces rules and other policies, and decides whether to install new amenities that will improve our residents’ quality of life.
